Q: Tell us about you

A: My career started in television (the History Channel to be exact) and over the following decade I built my operations and logistics skillset across the Creative Industry.  I now use those skills to implement and manage processes, track multiple projects and ensure the smooth running of the API platform.

Outside of work I’m trying to plan my next cycling holiday – I’ve cycled down the coast of India, and can’t decide where to go next!

 

Q: What is your role at Lightning API?

A: I am responsible for the recruitment of our community members and also ensure the day to day operations of the API platform run smoothly.

We already have a vast community of expert healthcare stakeholders from around the world, however we are always expanding our community to ensure we meet the strategic needs of our clients. The panel of experts that respond to our research are carefully chosen to ensure the best quality insights. If this means we need to create a bespoke panel of experts for a particular therapy area or discipline, then that’s where I come in! I will source, recruit and onboard those expert stakeholders to ensure our clients research requirements are met.

 

Q: How will you ensure that Lightning API’s digital technology stays ahead of the cutting edge of research practice?

A: It is my responsibility to continually develop and adapt the API platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The insights provided from the API platform have proven to be accurate, fast and cost effective, providing clients vital market research that helps to inform important business decisions.

However, we are always looking for ways to improve services to meet the needs of our clients and respondents, including the introduction of new technologies and improved interactivity that can enhance the service and insights we provide.

I am currently working on some exciting updates to the platform that will provide clients and community members an even better service!
